At DP Appraisals, we provide residential and commercial appraisals to appeal assessments. Most Connecticut municipalities have a deadline of February 22 of the assessment year, so if you are looking to appeal your assessment/taxes, please contact us well in advance of that date so that we can properly evaluate your property.
